Everyone has a different goal when coming in for a massage. Whether working with a specific injury, condition, pre-race prep or post race recovery or whether it is with the overall aim of relaxation and integration, I work with each client to tailor the manual therapy to each individuals specialized needs. With specific, or acute conditions my work with clients often is done in the form of a progressive series with a time table and end goal in mind.
Massage/ Manual Therapy help with:
